Jaycee International (JCI) Vice President Jose Maria Deras Bonilla to visit Indianapolis
The Indianapolis Jaycees is excited to announcement that Jaycee International (JCI) Vice President Jose Maria Deras Bonilla (or more simply Jose) will be visiting Indianapolis this week.

Jose is the JCI Area "C" Vice President. Area C is the U.S. and Canada, so this is a great honor and privilege to have this much time with our JCI Area VP. Jose is from Honduras, and has been a Jaycee since 1998. Jose is also fluent in both Spanish and English.

As part of his visit to the Midwest, he will visit the Jaycee Chapter in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Tuesday, and then travel to Indianapolis and join us at our Chapter meeting on Wednesday night.

As part of Jose's visit, there are several opportunities for members and friends to meet and spend time with Jose to help make his visit to Indianapolis and Michigan memorable.

The first opportunity is to chauffer Jose to South Bend on Monday evening. Once in South Bend, representatives from the Grand Rapids Jaycees will pick him up and take him to Grand Rapids. Then on Wednesday during the day, we'll reverse the process and bring Jose back to Indianapolis by picking him up at South Bend.

Another opportunity to meet Jose and share a unique Jaycee and cultural experience is to host Jose overnight on Wednesday. If necessary, we can place Jose in a hotel, but as you can imagine, hosting a fellow Jaycee in a personal residence is great opportunity to share and to get to know one another.

The final opportunity is on Thursday evening. We're still finalizing plans for Thursday, but we may be inviting Jose to join us at the Chamber of Commerce's HobNob: Meet the Candidates event. Regardless of Jose's attendance at the HobNob, if you would like to meet Jose or have lunch with him on Thursday, that can easily be arranged.

If you are interested in any of these opportunities to chauffeur, host, or meet Jose, feel free to contact either Jeff Higbie (President@indyjaycees.org) or Dawn Harper (dharper@jci.cc).
